Asbestos fabrics
Asbestos fabrics GOST 6102-94
Asbestos fabric (AT) is made of interwoven asbestos threads containing from 5 to 18% of a binder fiber (viscose, cotton, lavsan).
Company "Volzhsky Khimkompleks" sells asbestos fabrics GOST 6102-94 from warehouses and on order. Asbestos fabric is used as a heat insulator, it is used for the manufacture of diaphragms for electrolysis of water, as well as as a raw material for manufacturing of asbestos laminates, asboplastics, rubberized gaskets, grommets and cuffs. Asbestos fabrics produced in full compliance with the requirements of GOST 6102-94 and technical specifications for each specific range of asbestos fabrics, according to the technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.
Asbestos fabrics AT 2 and AT 3 contain 81.5% asbestos and are used as heat insulators in industrial technology.
AT 4 and AT 5 asbestos fabrics are incredibly resistant to high temperatures, which allows them to be used in more extreme conditions.
Asbestos cloth AT 6 contains 95% of asbestos and is used most often in water electrolysis. Operating temperature range: up to +100 C.
Asbestos fabric AT 7 has 90% asbestos content and is used as a cushioning material and an insulator. Temperature range AT 7 from +130 to +450 C.
Asbestos fabric AT 9 has at least 90% asbestos content and is used as a cushioning material and an insulator. Temperature range: 9 from +130 to +450 C.
Asbestos fabric AT 16 has at least 95% asbestos content and is used as a diaphragm in water electrolysis, except for special-purpose electrolyzers. Temperature range: from +100 C.
Asbestos fabric AT 19 has at least 81.5% asbestos content and is used for the manufacture of compensating gaskets in the production of chipboards. Temperature range: from +130 to +220 C.
AST 1 asbestos fabric has at least 78.5% asbestos content and is used as a heat-insulating material. Temperature range: from +130 to + 500 C.
AST 2 asbestos fabric has at least 79.6% asbestos content and is used for sewing heat-protective clothing. Temperature range: from +130 to +500 C.
