Asbestos-free general purpose gasket material

Asbestos-free rolled material developed as a replacement for PON-B asbestos paronite for standard applications. It is made from special grades of NBR rubber, aramid fibers with active and inactive fillers. Like all non-asbestos materials, it has a multi-layer structure that prevents the formation of microcracks during the operation of the gasket, through which the medium can leak. Also, this structure gives resistance to dynamic loads, allows you to work in a wide range of temperatures and pressures and comply with the European standards for gas permeability <0.1 mg/m·s. Possesses high performance characteristics, provides complete impermeability of fixed detachable joints of apparatus, pipelines and fittings in various media: gas, water, aqueous solutions, light oils and lubricants.
