Silicone rubber compounds
They are made of synthetic silicone rubbers, supplied with an injected vulcanizing agent and are completely ready to use. It is possible to manufacture rubber compounds both according to TU 38 0051166, and own brands under the customer's conditions.
The production of silicone rubber compounds is carried out on mixing rollers or in rubber mixers by successive mixing of silicone rubbers with the necessary ingredients, forming a homogeneous multicomponent system.

Rubber compounds based on silicone rubbers are used to produce rubber goods - silicone plates and canvases.
SILICONE RUBBER PRODUCTS
Silicone elastomers are high-molecular-weight organosilicon compounds that have a structure in the form of a main silicon-oxygen polymer chain with side organic groups - methyl, ethyl, vinyl, etc., which are attached to silicon atoms. By varying the length of the main chain, the type and number of side groups and cross-bonds, silicone rubbers with a given set of properties are synthesized.
Silicone rubbers are obtained by vulcanizing rubber-containing mixtures. Various types of silicon oxide (white carbon, aerosil), processing aids and other ingredients are used as fillers.
In the process of vulcanization of silicone elastomer, silicone rubbers are obtained with a different complex of often unique properties. Vulcanizing agents in the overwhelming majority of cases are organic peroxides.
Silicone rubbers (elastomeric products made of silicone rubbers) have a number of qualities that allow their use in conditions in which the use of conventional organic rubbers is unacceptable or ineffective.
- Silicone rubbers are resistant to sea and fresh water, alcohols, weak solutions of acids and alkalis, ozone, radiation, UV radiation and electric fields.
- The properties of silicone rubbers are much less dependent on temperature compared to rubbers based on traditional rubbers, as a result of which the service life of silicone rubber products is much higher than that of rubbers made from organic rubbers.
- Silicone rubbers are non-toxic and have physiological inertness, which makes it possible to use them in the food and medical industries.
- Silicone rubber products can be sterilized repeatedly with hot air or steam.
- Silicone rubbers have low adhesion, which allows them to be used as rollers for rolling adhesive layers, coverings for conveyors on which various sticky parts are moved, mold making, etc.
- Products made of silicone rubber retain their performance in the temperature range from -60 ° C to +200 (250) ° C. There are also frost-resistant types of silicone rubbers with operating temperatures from -100 ° C, and heat-resistant ones - up to + 300 ° C.
We manufacture silicone plates, canvases and similar products from silicone rubber compounds.
Shaped silicone plates - sizes from 200x200 mm to 1000x1000 mm, thickness from 1 to 30 mm - are produced on hydraulic vulcanizing presses.
Silicone long-length sheets with a thickness of 1 to 8 mm are made in vulcanization drum equipment of continuous action.
SILICONE PROFILES
Silicone profiles are long shaped products made of silicone rubber:
• round cords - from 3 to 55 mm,
• rectangular cords,
• tubes - with a diameter of 5 to 60 mm,
• profiles of various configurations, both commonly used in industry and according to customer's drawings.
The modern industrial process for the manufacture of long-length silicone profiles combines the processes of shaping the product - extrusion, with vulcanization. For this we use production lines where extrusion machines are aggregated with a tunnel vulcanization plant.
SILICONE REINFORCED CANVAS
The heat-resistant non-stick silicone reinforced cloth "Silapen" is an innovative material used in the bakery industry, which greatly simplifies the technology of proofing and baking bakery products due to the rejection of periodic additional grease of baking sheets and baking forms and the need to use unreliable parchment paper for baking, as well as expensive Teflon coatings. Silicone heat-resistant material is used in the form of a soft removable sublayer on baking trays and baking forms, and is in demand both in foreign and domestic, including Soviet, heating equipment, which is still actively used at large and small food industry enterprises in the Russian Federation and near abroad.
It is used for baking a wide range of bakery and confectionery products: bread loaves, dryers, bagels, gingerbread cookies, muffins, crackers, biscuits, muffins and other similar products.
- Non-stick silicone cloths "Silapen" are biologically inert, highly plastic and wear-resistant;
- At the request of the Customer, silicone sheets are made to fit the size of baking sheets or baking molds;
- High anti-adhesive characteristics of silicone allow baking without using, as a lubricant, edible fats, as well as exclude sticking and burning in the process of manufacturing products, simplifies the process of removing finished products from baking sheets and reduces the number of operations for sanitary processing of equipment, which contributes to savings working time;
- Avoiding food fats allows you to avoid burning out during the production process and has a positive effect on the quality of baked products and, in particular, their taste, and also reduces the consumption of vegetable oil, which contributes to savings in production;
- Cloth "Silapen" is resistant to water, salt solutions, oils, vegetable and animal fats, as well as alcohols, weak alkalis and acids;
- For sanitary-preventive treatment, it is enough to wipe the cloth with a damp sponge or rinse it under running water. It is also possible to use detergents based on non-aggressive components (slightly alkaline solutions);
- Unlike Teflon coatings, Silapen non-stick cloth is environmentally safe and does not emit carcinogenic volatile substances at the baking temperature. • The silicone sheet has two working sides, which can be successfully used in the technological process of baking bakery products;
- The canvas is reinforced with heat-resistant high-strength fiberglass (analogue of fiberglass);
- Working temperature of the cloth "Silapen" - With constant use (2-3 shifts) - from -40°C to +260°C; - For short-term use (up to 50 hours) - up to +315°С. The material retains sufficient elasticity at temperatures as low as minus 100°C, which makes it possible to use this material as a sublayer in freezers and display cases. Hot air and water vapor at temperatures up to + 135°C can be exposed to the canvas.
Due to canvas’ thinness and the high thermal conductivity of the silicone, the baking and proofing of the products is significantly increased. When using for the first time, it is strongly recommended to grease the canvas with vegetable oil and heat it up for 2-2.5 hours at a temperature of +210-240°C. If it is necessary to fix the material on trays and molds, a special heat-resistant adhesive sealant is used, supplied at the request of the customer.
We offer two brands of Silapen silicone cloth:
Silapen A:
1. Material thickness - 0.18 mm;
2. Canvas width - 900 mm;
3. Service life - over 1500 cycles;
4. Shelf life - 3 years.
Silapen B:
1. Material thickness - 0.33 mm;
2. Canvas width - 1270 mm;
3. Service life - over 2000 cycles;
4. Shelf life - 3 years.
Precautions during use:
1. Cutting the dough on the canvas and piercing Silapen is not allowed;
2. It is not allowed to manufacture confectionery products with a high sugar content, such as honey or caramel;
3. Do not use detergents with a high pH (ie high alkaline content).
Failure to comply with these rules has a negative impact on the performance of the material and reduces its service life.
Reinforced silicone cloths “Silapen” are used by the bakery industry in proofing, frying and baking ovens and ovens of domestic and foreign production: they can be used, in particular, in ShZHESM-2, ShZhE-0.85 (ShZhE-0.85-1), ShZhE- 1.36, ShZhE-0.51, KEP-400, ShK-2A, ESh-3M, ShPESM-3 and industrial electric stoves with functional capacities, for example PESM-2NSh, as well as imported frying and baking cabinets from NAGEMA ( Germany) and METOS (Finland), such as LUKO Rational 1 PS, LUKO Rational 2 EPS.
