Asbestos gland packing ASP

ASP-31 (woven from asbestos threads with a fiberglass core) is made according to the Interstate Standard GOST 5152-84 (instead of the outdated ASP) and is used to seal movable and static joints of machine assemblies and parts, as well as pipeline elements and valves, GOST 5152-84. ASP-31 is impregnated with an antifriction fatty compound made from oil extracts and graphitized.

It is possible to manufacture of gaskets of this type for tropical regions.

The dimensions in parentheses are given for old designs; in the new design, gaskets with such cross-sections are not used.

The shelf life under the manufacturer's warranty is 5 years from the date of manufacture of the product (subject to the rules for the transportation and storage established by the state standard GOST 5152-84).

The warranty period is subject to a separate agreement between the manufacturer and the purchaser (depending on the operating conditions).
