Metal gaskets
Rolled up gaskets
Пeneral characteristics
The gasket, rolled into a metal sheath, consists of a metal coating and a soft sealing filler.
Sealing filler provides a high level of recoverability, while the metal jacket guarantees a good seal and protects against high pressure, temperature fluctuations and corrosion.
A variety of materials are available to provide excellent joint sealing under specific conditions of use.

Ring type joints (RTJ)
General characteristics
Ring-type joints are metal sealing rings used by applications (up to 1000 0C)
Ring type joints are available in two basic designs: oval (M8) and octagonal (M9)
RTJs, used with special flanges, with the right choice of material and profile, ensure a reliable sealing.

Spiral wound gaskets (SWG) SPIRATEM
General characteristics
The sealing part of SWG consists of a V-shaped strip filled with a soft sealing material. The metal strip provides high stability and the soft sealing filler guarantees an excellent sealing property. Thanks to the combination of these materials, SWGs are resistant to changes in operating parameters (temperature and pressure), heat and shock, vibration. Depending on the application, a distinction is made between SWG with an outer and/or an inner ring.
SWG is suitable for use with a wide range of pressure levels and therefore is versatile in application.
SWG can be used for sealing at liquid pressures up to 250 bar and exposure to such ultra-low temperatures as 2000С and high temperatures within + 5500 С / + 11000 С (according to the individual order).
Thanks to the durable SWG, it is easy to install without damage (also additional measures to preserve the gasket must be taken during transport and installation of large diameter gaskets without limited rings).
Outside restrained rings help fit the spiral section exactly in the center of the flange and prevent leakage.
Due to the combination of different materials and metals obtained from the basting, the gaskets can be customized to suit a wide range of applications.
Thanks to its non-stick property, the gasket can be easily removed after use.
The gaskets do not damage the flange surface.
standard sizes:
Flat with a protruding ring, ledge-hollow, thorn-groove, oval and non-standard.
