Reinforced geotextile fabric AGM-Komposit
Composite fabric AGM-Komposit, combines the properties of nonwovens and woven geotextiles. It is no secret that nonwoven geotextiles have low strength and high elongation (elongation at break reaches 70%), but they have an excellent drainage and filtering function. Because of this, nonwoven geotextiles are used as separating layers that prevent soil mixing, as well as filters in drainage structures. Geocomposite material AGM-Komposit is made by knitting. It is a combination of a warp-knitted geogrid made of high-tenacity polyester filaments and a non-woven geotextile fabric made of polyester or propylene. Such a geocomposite material has high tensile strength and bursting strength, while retaining all the advantages of a nonwoven material (filtration, drainage, separation of layers).
