Spongy technical plate is a material based on solid rubbers or latexes with heat-insulating, sound-insulating and sealing properties.
It is used for sealing detachable connections; for shock absorption and vibration isolation in the instrument-making and machine-building industries; production of parts by cutting method; soundproof sealing gasket on metal sheets and frames on soundproof diesel engine hoods; packing in packaging; manufacture of seat backs; electrical insulating pad in washing machines; sealing gasket in cassette locks for fastening cable routes; sealing of doors in control stations.
Description:
Spongy rubbers (other names: “spongy technical plate”, “porous rubber”, “microporous rubber”) are used as:
- seal of detachable connections
- for shock absorption and vibration isolation in the instrument-making and machine-building industries
- production of parts by cutting
- sealing sound-insulating gasket on metal sheets and frames on sound-insulating hoods of diesel engines
- laying in a packaging container
- manufacture of seat backs
- electrical insulating pad in washing machines
- a sealing gasket in the cassette locks for fastening cable routes
- sealing of doors in control stations.
Sponge rubber is used in environments:
air of premises, containers, vessels; dust, splashing water;
working environment temperature from -45 to +70С.
