Unreinforced TG-0 (ТГ-0); Reinforced TG-1; 2; 3; 4 (ТГ-1;2;3;4)

Unreinforced flange gaskets from Temagraf S (TG-0) (Темаграф С (ТГ–0)) sheet and flange reinforced gaskets from Temagraf T sheet (TG-1, 2, 3, 4) (Темаграф Т (ТГ–1, 2, 3, 4)) are used to seal flange connections of fittings, pipelines, vessels, apparatuses, as well as their components.

TG – 0; 1; 2; 3; 4 (ТГ–0; 1; 2; 3; 4) are used in the gas, oil refining, chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical and power industries at pressures up to 40 MPa and temperatures from –200°С to +800°С, depending on operating conditions.

Obturators are made of steel tape 0.2–0.3 mm thick, grades 12Х18Н9Т, 10Х17Н13МЗТ, 08Х18Н10Т, 12Х18Н10Т – М – НТ – 3–0.2Т in accordance with GOST 4986–79 and others that are not prone to intercrystalline corrosion. All gaskets are manufactured in accordance with GOST, OST, ISO, DIN, ANSI standards for flange connections.

GASKETS ON METAL BASE TG (T) –5 (TU 2577-002-63774731-09)

Flanged gaskets on a metal base (TG-5) with plating; graphite foil TG-5G or PTFE (TG-5T), 4 are used for sealing flange connections of fittings, pipelines, containers, machinery, as well as their components.

TG-5G (T) are used in the gas, oil refining, chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical and power industries at pressures up to 100 MPa and temperatures from –200°C to +1000°C, depending on the environment and base material.

METAL GASKETS TG-6 (TU 3619-004-63774731-09)

All-metal flange gaskets (TG-6) are used for sealing flange connections of fittings, pipelines, vessels, machinery. TG-6 are used in the gas, oil refining, chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical and power industries at pressures up to 150 MPa and temperatures up to +1000°C, depending on the gasket material.

Main materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, monel, nickel, inconel, titanium, copper.

 

GASKETS IN METAL SHELL TG (T) –7 (TU 2577-002-63774731-09)

Flanged gaskets in a metal shell (TG-7) are used to seal flange connections of fittings, pipelines, vessels, machinery, as well as their components. TG-7 are used in the gas, oil refining, chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical and power industries at pressures up to 40 MPa and temperatures from –200°C to +800°C, depending on the environment and the material of the shell.
