Rolled silicone rubber
In the food industry, rolled silicone rubber is used for the manufacture of special coatings in baking ovens, conveyor belts and refrigeration chambers in which direct contact with food products occurs.
Rolled membrane silicone rubbers are produced on modern equipment from specially developed silicone rubber compounds with a unique combination of high elasticity, elongation (up to 750%) and mechanical strength (up to 11 MPa).

Rolled silicone rubbers (membranes) are used:
As membranes in hot membrane - vacuum and membrane presses (type: Orma, ItalMaccine) for veneering (veneering) or films of furniture facades, door panels, shaped panels, production of bent - glued furniture products, etc.
As a membrane in the production of decorating metal surfaces.
As vacuum bags in the production of building glass such as triplex, armored glass.
As a substrate for thermal knives and other heating elements.
As a material for the manufacture of gaskets of various configurations, O-rings, cuffs, protective curtains, etc. in various industries.
Standard colors of rolled silicone rubbers (membranes) are transparent, red-brown and white; under the order it is possible to manufacture rubber in other colors.
