Types of seals and usage

Spiral-wound gaskets (SWG) - seals of round holes of flat flange joints and joints of the "protrusion-depression" and "thorn-groove" types of fittings, pipelines, pumps and similar equipment of the chemical, oil refining and other industries (OST 26.260.454- 99, GOST 52375-2005, ANSI B 16.5, ASME B 16.20, ANSI, API, DIN 2699, BS 3381).

Steel metal gaskets - oval and octagonal section, rigid and compensating lens section gaskets, R, RX, BX, IX, AX, SBX, SRX according to API 6A, API 17 D, ASME 16.20, OST 26.260.461-90, GOST 28759.8- 90, GOST 53561-2009, GOST 28919-91, GOST 10493-81.

We also manufacture gaskets according to customer’s drawings, with diameters from 30 mm to 6000 mm.

Gaskets for heat exchangers of various designs - (reinforced and unreinforced, obturated or seamed “wrapped”) - sealing flanges of pipelines, fittings, vessels, main connectors of MCP NPP and PEN TPP with pressure from 10 to 38 MPa, connectors of feed pumps.

Gaskets for heat exchangers of various designs - (reinforced and unreinforced, obturated or rolled "wrapped") - sealing flanges of pipelines, fittings, vessels, main connectors of the main circulation pumps of nuclear power plants and electric feed pumps of thermal power plants with a pressure of 10 to 38 MPa, feed pump connectors.

Serrated metal gaskets made of stainless steel for use and sealing of pipeline flanges at temperatures up to +800°C and pressures up to 1000 kgf/cm².
