Packing, braided from fluoroplastic graphite-filled fibers (PTFE) with angle braiding from aramid fiber impregnated with fluoroplastic suspension or braided from alternating fibers.
Environments and performance characteristics of the packing: water, gases, waste water, chemical media, solutions of inorganic salts, organic solutions, alkaline solutions, oil products, organic compounds, amines, nitrates. Does not have cold fluidity, is resistant to chemically aggressive media, does not cause corrosion of the stuffing box. Corner braid made of aramid fibers strengthens the packing material, excludes its extrusion into the gland gland gaps; makes it possible to ensure reliable sealing of equipment, pumping media containing abrasive particles, sand, solid inclusions.
Applications: Chemical industry, oil refining, production of mineral fertilizers, water supply.
