Silicone cords
Silicone cords of round, rectangular, square cross-sections made of biologically inert materials based on silicone rubbers (silicone).
It is possible to manufacture both monolithic and porous silicone cords (food grade), as well as connect them into a ring if it is necessary to use large-diameter seals.
We carry out the selection of the rubber compound according to the requirements of the Customer (operating mode, hardness, color, resistance to aggressive media, and other conditions).
Scope of silicone rubber cords:
For devices for the processing and manufacture of food products, bakery, confectionery, meat and dairy industries, where food approval is required and the ability to operate seals in a wide temperature range from -60oС to +260oС (for a short time up to +300oC)
For operation in any climatic zone in the environment of air, ozone, electric field.
For sealing various types of connections of hydraulic, fuel, oil, pneumatic systems.
For damping vibrations, vibration and noise, as well as isolating units from dust, light, moisture, heat, electric field and other purposes in the temperature range from -60oС to +260oС.
For vacuum systems operating at a discharge up to 133.3x10 -12 MPa, in an extreme temperature range.
As a heat-resistant sealant for ovens, bakeries and detachable cabinets.
As a frost-resistant sealant for cold rooms.

Resistance to chemical environments:
Salts: sodium carbonate, copper sulfate, ferric chloride, sodium chloride.
Bases: ammonium hydroxide, KOH (25%), NaOH (20%).
Acids: nitric (10%), sulfuric (30-50%), hydrochloric (10-18%), stearic acid, acetic acid (30%), phosphoric acid.
Ammonia, oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, ethylene glycol, ethyl alcohol, acetone. Food products: water, beer, wine, alcohol, table vinegar, ghee, confectionery and bakery products.
