Silica fabric KT
Silica fabrics have low thermal conductivity, high resistance to thermal shock, and have excellent electrical insulating properties at high temperatures. Silica fiber fabrics have a number of properties, including:
- environmental friendliness of the material - do not contain organic resin binders;
- high thermal stability, incombustibility, constant use temperature - 1000 ° С;
- high chemical resistance to alkaline and acidic environments;
- does not lend itself to mold and other microorganisms.
Application area:
- high-temperature thermal insulation of furnaces and pipelines;
- filtration of liquid and gaseous aggressive media;
- protection against splashes of molten metal.
