Description

V GT 600 - gasket material made of thermally expanded graphite (purity of graphite minimum 99%), with different types of reinforcement allowing to choose optimal solutions for different operating conditions of the equipment.

Application: 

• High temperature dynamic loads.

• Widely applied in the petrochemical industry.

• Flange connections, pumps, heat exchangers, valves in the general and petrochemical industries. 

Working environments

Air, water, steam, gases with high vapor permeability, oil, heavy and light oil products, acids, alkalis and other media.

Installation instructions		LMP reinforcement design
Clean the flange surface without damaging the surface. Check the flange surface for parallelism and unevenness, treat the surface if necessary. Store the strips in a dry place. Check the gasket for damage before installation. Do not use auxiliary grease! Check screw threads. Replace damaged bolts with new ones. Perform manual pre-assembly, tighten screws and nuts evenly. Tighten the bolts with a torque wrench crosswise in three stages (first by 50%, then by about 80% and finally by 100%)		Type	Description
