Silicone tubes
Silicone tubes are made of various hardness (from 40 to 60 Shore A), both porous and monolithic. For high pressure systems, we offer reinforced silicone tubing.
Tubes made of biologically inert materials based on silicone rubbers (silicone) have high heat resistance and frost resistance, are physiologically inert, non-toxic, and have excellent electrical insulating properties. Capillary, drainage, multichannel and vacuum tubes can be manufactured from silicone rubber.
Medical silicone capillaries
Medical silicone capillaries are used for the transportation of various media (blood substitutes, infusion solutions, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.), are used as elements of peristaltic pumps, for the manufacture of drainages in general surgery, for completing pumping stations, diagnostic devices and other medical devices.
Capillaries are often used as insulation for output and installation wires, current-carrying elements of various electrical devices.

Monolithic silicone tubing
In the food industry, silicone tubes are used for free-flow transportation of various gas and liquid media, including drinking and purified water, milk and dairy products, vegetable oil, fruit juices, wine, alcoholic beverages, vinegar, etc.
In the medical industry, silicone tubes are used for free-flow transportation of physiological, vitamin and medicinal solutions.
In electrical engineering, silicone tubes are used as electrical insulation for current-carrying conductors (the breakdown voltage depends on the wall thickness of the tube itself) and as protection against aggressive media, humidity, etc.
The main difference that distinguishes silicone tubes is the ability of silicone to resist electrical breakdown at extremely low and high temperatures from -60 to + 260oC, where ordinary cambric made of PVC and other similar materials is not allowed.

Reinforced silicone tubing (silicone hose)
The reinforced silicone tube is reinforced with a "mesh stocking" - the inner and outer tubular layers of silicone rubber, and between them a frame made of strong polyester threads, which makes the tube resistant to high pressures up to 15 bar.
The transparent wall allows you to observe and control the flow of various gas and liquid media, including drinking and purified water. Reinforced silicone hose can be used to transport physiological, vitamin, medicinal and food media.
Thanks to the reinforcement, the silicone tube combines flexibility and resistance to folding of the walls during bending.
Reinforced silicone hose during operation withstands multiple bends, pressure up to 15 atmospheres and works in a wide temperature range (from -60 to + 200oC)
Lightweight and durable, flexible double-layer, mesh-reinforced silicone tubing does not knot or kink. The hoses are manufactured using high quality materials and advanced production technologies. Thanks to its high quality and long service life, the silicone hose will satisfy the needs of the most demanding consumer and will work properly for many years.

Porous silicone tubes
Porous silicone tubes with a density of 0.3 - 0.5 g / cm3 are used as seals (for doors of ovens, refrigerators and freezers), seals for various types of fixed joints, as sealing gaskets, vibration and shock absorbers at a temperature range - 50 to + 200oC.
