Production of technical fabrics
In a number of industries and in the manufacture of various products, technical fabrics are involved. It manufactures and sells them on favorable terms for partners. The company is interested in long-term cooperation with industrial organizations.
It is engaged in the production of technical fabrics of various types and purposes, the main of which are:
• rubberized;
• for float shells;
• inflatable decorations;
• power structures;
• transporting sleeves;
• sealing plugs and covers;
• aeronautical inflatable structures;
• flexible tanks, tanks and pools.
The offered technical fabrics fully comply with the requirements of the current regulatory and technical documents and have excellently proven themselves in practice. The high operational level of these products is confirmed by cooperation with a number of enterprises in the aerospace industry, defense industry, etc.
Products made of rubberized and PVC coated fabrics:
The Research Institute of the Rubber Industry is one of the leading research institutions in Russia with pilot production specializing in the development of new rubber-fabric materials, technologies and design of products from rubberized fabrics, rubber and PVC-coated fabrics for use in various fields of modern technology, sports , art.
One of the main areas of specialization of the enterprise since its foundation was the development, manufacture of pilot batches and the organization of serial production at industrial rubber goods industrial plants of inflatable structures made of rubberized fabrics, primarily for the needs of defense and defense industries. During the existence of the Institute, hundreds of types of structures have been developed to save human life and objects of special-purpose equipment. In recent years, the need for structures of this type has increased dramatically.
The achievements of the institute in this direction include the creation and successful operation of an inflatable shock absorber for a soft landing on the moon of the first spacecraft (stations "Luna-9", "Luna-13"), the development and organization of serial production:
- aircraft and sea rafts of various capacities;
- emergency ladders for aircraft;
- aviation rescue boats;
- emergency pneumatic aircraft lifts;
- landing shock absorbers for unmanned aerial vehicles;
- large-size shelters for air-supported and pneumo-framed equipment;
- inflatable ballonets for helicopter landing;
- flexible air ducts and gas conduits of launchers;
- gas-tight materials for new generation aircraft, etc.
For the manufacture of aeronautical equipment, life-saving appliances, pneumatic building structures, inflatable theater decorations, membranes, etc., materials developed and produced by the Institute are used.
Depending on the technical requirements for rubberized fabrics, their operating conditions, their design is determined: the type and number of layers of the textile base, the type of coating and its thickness. As a textile base, polyamide fabrics (nylon) are most widely used, it is also possible to manufacture materials using polyester (lavsan), high-strength high-modulus fabrics (SVM, terlon), glass fabric. A wide range of rubbers are used for the manufacture of rubber coatings. When developing rubberized fabrics, the customer's requirements are taken into account as much as possible.
Services for the repair of inflatable boats, awnings, pools and other products made of rubberized fabrics and PVC-coated fabrics are provided.
The range of developed and manufactured products can be expanded by individual orders.
Orders are accepted for the development and manufacture of new inflatable products and structures.
Soft shell structures
For more than 50 years, the Research Institute of the Rubber Industry has been specializing in the development and organization of production of soft shell structures from elastomeric fabric materials for various sectors of the country's economy.
Their performance is based on the principle of tension of the soft shell by the internal pressure of compressed gas, liquid, bulk materials or mechanical forces. Such designs are widely used in various fields of technology due to the excellent combination of performance properties, the main of which are as follows:
• light weight and volume when folded;
• possibility of transportation by any type of transport;
• the speed of bringing into operation from the transport one with the possibility of automating this process;
• high resistance to dynamic loads;
• relative cheapness.
According to the modern classification, soft shell structures are subdivided by fields of application into a number of groups, the main ones of which are as follows:
- aeronautical structures;
- structures for construction purposes;
- inflatable boat;
- rescue equipment;
- flexible tanks and containers;
- pneumatic lifts and shock absorbers;
- flexible fencing of hovercraft;
- flexible hoses for gas transportation;
- medical products;
- inflatable decorations and advertising;
- constructions for the recreation and entertainment industry.
Over the years, the Institute's specialists have created hundreds of types of soft shell structures of various shapes and purposes. Many of them have been mastered in mass production, and some have left a noticeable mark on the history of our state.
