Sealing sheets (TU 2577-002-63774731-09)
Asbestos-free graphite foil based sealing sheets
It is used in such working environments as: air, nitrogen, ammonia, salts, alkalis, organic and inorganic acids (including 20% nitric acid), inorganic, organic, heavy and light oil products, water, natural gas, solvents, oils, phenol , cyclohexanone, methylene chloride. For more information, see the chemical resistance table. Maximum pressure and temperature cannot be used at the same time. On request, the material can be supplied in the so-called atomic version (ash content <0.15% and chloride content, 20 ppm). The specific solution depends on the operating pressure, temperature, the condition of the unit, the design of the sealing unit and the material.
Temagraf S (C) (without print)
Made from graphite foil. It is used as a gasket material at high temperatures but low pressures in all industries. The material is easy to process.
Temagraf F (Ф) (red)
Made of graphite foil reinforced with smooth stainless steel sheet. Used as a gasket material at high pressures and high temperatures. Well suited for the chemical, petrochemical, gas and natural gas industries
Temagraf T (Т) (blue)
Made of graphite foil reinforced with stainless steel perforated sheet, without binders. It is used as a gasket material for pipelines and machines, steam systems, in the chemical, petrochemical, gas, gas production and processing industries.
