Electronite

Electronite is produced from a mixture of fibers such as rubber, chrysotile asbestos and fillers on paronite rollers. The specific weighht of sheet Electronite is in the range from 1.5 to 1.8 g/cm3. The surface of Electronite products is smooth without tears, folds, breaks, swelling and foreign inclusions. The product is elastic, lends itself well to stamping, does not deform during storage. Products are not affected by various microorganisms, due to their properties, and used in areas of temperate, tropical climate. For areas with a tropical climate, fungicides are applied to Electronite.

The product is used as an electrical insulating material in electrical installations and various structures, and in the production of electrical insulating forms and parts that have increased heat and spark resistance.

Store in indoors, protected from direct exposure to sunlight, lubricating oils, organic solvents, acids and other substances that destroy Electronite, keep it at a distance of at least one meter from heat and ultra-emitting devices, at temperatures not higher than +35 C. Subject to the rules of transportation and storage, the warranty shelf life for electrolyte is 1 year.

Electronite meets the requirements of GOST 481-80, and produced according to the technological regulations approved in the established order.
